Founded in 2005, Dashiqiao China Magnesia Brick Co., Ltd. is headquartered in Dashiqiao City, Liaoning Province, known as the "Magnesium Capital of China".
Since its establishment, the company has always adhered to the purpose of providing satisfactory services for customers with advanced technology, comprehensive quality management, and continued to improve and grow. In 2013, the company absorbed and merged Yixing Xinweilicheng Co., Ltd., Jiuxiangyuan Mould Co., Ltd. and Jianwei Magnesium Products Co., Ltd. to establish China State Construction Yingkou Group. The current annual production capacity is 100000 tons of various alkaline products and 150000 tons of bulk materials. Products are widely used in high temperature fields such as glass kilns, cement kilns, steel smelting, non-ferrous metallurgy, heat storage and energy saving. Products are widely sold in the United States, South Africa, India, the European Union, Canada, Indonesia, Japan, Taiwan and other countries and regions.
By virtue of the development trend of refractories in the world, the company takes the responsibility of changing the backwardness of China's refractory production equipment and products. In 2009, the company decided to acquire 220 mu of land in Dashiqiao City and invest 530 million yuan to build a high-quality burnt magnesia brick production base, and invested in the construction of 4 magnesia brick production lines in two phases. 170 million yuan was invested in the first phase to build two high-end magnesia brick production lines with an annual output of 25000 tons, including two automated ultra-high temperature tunnel kilns, two full-brake batching systems, and multiple semi-automatic program-controlled brick presses. It was completed and put into production in April 2011. 360 million yuan was invested in the construction of the second phase in August 2016, and two intelligent and automated high-end magnesia brick production lines were also successfully ignited in April 2018, making it the first modern enterprise in China with a fully automated burnt magnesia brick production line; at the same time, the annual output of the factory increased to 100000 tons.
We have formed a corporate R&D team with experts from Beijing Building Materials Testing Academy and University of Science and Technology Liaoning, to actively absorb and digest advanced foreign technology, and constantly seek new breakthroughs in product R&D, industrial furnace refractory design, and product comprehensive supporting capabilities; we have had 9 national invention patents, and successively launched our characteristic products through continuous improvement and R&D. So far, we have formed a product system of five series and thirty-two brands.
While expanding its production capacity, China State Construction Company pays more attention to the management of product quality; advanced inspection equipment, complete inspection procedures and high-level laboratory technicians are our passport to the market. In terms of product quality control, we strictly control every quality point; through our own quality inspection center, we use fluorescence analyzer, atmospheric testing machine, high temperature load soft test furnace, rotary anti-slag test furnace, thermal shock stability test furnace, and other inspection equipment, and strictly inspect key and special processes from raw materials to dosing, molding, brick stacking, and firing, to conduct quality monitoring of the entire product production process. We make sure that unqualified raw materials never enter the factory, and unqualified products never leave the factory. We also introduce advanced hydraulic brick presses, robots, automatic brick inspection lines, automatic heat shrink packaging machines and other international advanced equipment, and combine with professional manual supervision and detection through computer automatic monitoring and adjustment, to form a smart + manual complementary detection mode, and provide a reliable guarantee to ensure the production of high-quality products with stable high-temperature performance, crystal phase structure and rigorous external dimensions.
Since its establishment, the company has been actively focusing on energy conservation and environmental protection, fulfilling its corporate social responsibilities and striving to improve energy utilization. It actively responds to the emission and recycling of electricity, water, solid waste, and exhaust gas. From 2009 to 2019, it invested more than 20 million yuan in environmental treatment, becoming the first model factory in Dashiqiao that met the standard of environmental protection in online monitoring through third-party waste flue gas treatment.
In January 2011, the company’s application was reviewed by Shenzhen Huantong Certification Company and obtained: GB/TI9001-2008/ISO9001; 2008 quality management system certification, GB/T24001-2004/IS14001; 2004 environmental management system certification, GB/ T28001-2001 occupational health and safety management system certification.
